Are you short on time but still want to make a delicious dinner for your partner? Do you feel like your sacrificing your precious “wedding-planning” time slaving away in the kitchen? Here’s super-fast and super-easy recipe to save the day!
Slow Cooker Taco Soup
1lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 (16oz) can of chili beans with liquid
1 (15oz) can kidney beans, with liquid
1 (15oz) can of whole kernel corn, with liquid
1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 (4oz) can diced green chilies (optional)
2 (14.5oz) cans of peeled & diced tomatoes
1 package of taco seasoning
For Garnish:
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Corn Chips
Dice Onion. Brown beef over medium heat. Drain and combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8hrs.
Top each serving with shredded cheese, sour cream and corn chips. Enjoy!
